Senior Pastor: Dave Hammond
My name is Dave Hammond. I trusted Christ for the first time when I was in my junior year of high school. I'm passionate about preaching the Bible, about the grace of God, and about joining God's world mission. My wife (Melissa) and I have four wonderful children and are excited to be a part of Three Crosses! Prior to becoming the pastor of Three Crosses, I studied at the University of Wyoming and later at Covenant Theological Seminary. In the course of my short life I've had the chance to live in several cities, the most interesting being the geographic center of Asia (aka Kyzyl, Siberia). Along with reading books and watching This Old House, I love to bike and regularly commute by bicycle. If you give me the opportunity, I will bore you to tears talking about my latest bicycle purchase.
Associate Pastor: Tom Bennett
I grew up on a farm in southern Idaho and have always enjoyed country living. My family was active in a small town Presbyterian Church and I committed my life to Christ as a teenager. God called me to a life of Christian ministry and I set off to college to begin my religious studies. At that time I met Kathy at a summer church camp. I was completely smitten by her good looks and beautiful spirit. We married three years later and love our four children, and five grandchildren. God has been gracious in allowing me to travel to many other countries over the last 40 years. I’ve had many great experiences but I’m also saddened to see broken lives and hurting people from all around the world. Folks everywhere have hurts and an emptiness that can only be healed by God. My desire is for THREE CROSSES to be a church that welcomes you, shows you the love of God, and helps you to experience the healing and spiritual life available through His Son Jesus Christ. I invite you to experience the depth of forgiveness, love and peace that only God can give.
